About NVRP

At NVRP, we strive every day to go ABOVE and BEYOND the "normal standards" of the Short-Term rental industry. With our network of short-term rental owners and property managers, we are able to help each other to run our businesses at a higher standard than the average property. We are constantly adding to our list of services and committees to help all of our members combat any issue that may come their way. Our experienced members are able to aid new members in this industry to be successful right from the beginning! NVRP is also active in the advocacy of short-term rental legislation, not only on a local level but also at the state level. We are always watching out for our members and non-members and are working to help set reasonable regulation for this very fast-paced industry. Our goal is to help our members be the best and most successful short-term rental owners and property managers out there!

NVRP is constantly on the lookout for experts and government officials to speak at our meetings and help us to become more knowledgeable in this unique industry! We want our members to have as many resources as possible to help their businesses to be profitable but also compliant in whatever area they are in.

Our monthly meetings and socials are also a great way to meet other people that are doing the same thing you are! Who better to learn from than others who have gone through the growing pains of their business already? Wouldn't it be nice to learn of those bad experiences they went through so that you can avoid those yourself? Our members are happy to share with each other what they have learned. That is why our organization is great for not only the seasoned STR professional but also those who are looking to get their feet wet! We love to meet new people and share our experiences with you!

Our meetings are typically every 3rd Wednesday of the month, sign up for membership or on our Contact Us page for invites to our upcoming events.

The NVRP is proud to be an affiliate of the national organization, the Vacation Rental Management Association, founded in 1985. They are available to our group in an advisory fashion, as needed, and all members of the NVRP are encouraged to join the national organization and participate in their annual conferences.
